Refund policy

At Faha Essentials, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Exchanges
- Available within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Customers cover return shipping unless the item received was wrong or damaged.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Only exchanges or store credit may be provided where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email fahaessentials@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the item. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made.
